TASTING WINES FROM TRENTINO
Every day, by reservation only, we offer tours and tastings of Trentino and Trento Doc wines so you can discover our wines in a guided and experiential way, in a world hidden beneath the city of Lavis, rich in history and charm.
Among the wineries of Trento, Monfort offers a unique and intriguing experience, where you can appreciate the stages of winemaking through the latest technologies, the charm of barrels and barriques, the aging process and the wing dedicated to the sparkling classic method.
The eno-tour concludes with a visit to the wine shop and tasting of Trentino and Trento Doc wines from our most representative labels, accompanied by pairings with the specialties of Trentino’s gastronomic culture.
The guided tours and tastings described have the following times:

9.00 – 11.30 and 13.30 -15.30
Saturday
9.00 – 11.30
Outside these hours it is always possible to taste the wines and sparkling wines we produce in our wine cellar.
Spaces and rooms
Two spaces that adapt to your needs to offer warm and welcoming hospitality. Monfort, among Trento wineries, is an ideal place to host seminars, meetings, presentations, dinners, aperitifs and other personalized initiatives.

This room is located in a historical mountain barn recently refourbished and surrounded by vineyards. Wide spaces, equipped to welcome your private events and meetings.

This room is located inside the cellar, well-equipped to host tastings, but also small presentations, meetings, perfect also for your business lunches and dinners. The offer includes the possibility to add an exclusive tour of the cellar.
