We are happy to announce that Monfort will participate in the Trentodoc Festival, the event that every year celebrates mountain bubbles and tells the deep connection between wine, territory, and culture. It’s an opportunity to share our passion, open the doors of the winery, and meet those who, like us, believe in the magic that is unleashed from every glass of Trentodoc.

A special moment with “Monfort in progress… and Trentodoc,” scheduled for Saturday, the 27th, at 11 a.m. and Sunday, the 28th, at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. It will be a journey into the heart of the winery, amidst ongoing projects and stories of how the classic method takes shape in our spaces. It’s an experience designed for those who want to discover up close the philosophy that guides Monfort and the role that Trentodoc plays in our journey. Book your spot here.

On Saturday, the 27th, starting from 7 p.m., we’ll be waiting for you for “BBQ & Trentodoc bubbles,” a convivial evening where the pleasure of bubbles meets the simplicity of grilled dishes. An informal and joyful way to experience the most festive soul of the Festival together. Event sold out.

On both days, our winery will remain open to the public, offering the possibility to taste and purchase our labels directly. It will be a unique occasion to taste different interpretations of Trentodoc, discover the stories that each bottle holds, and choose the wines to take with you.
