The Trentodoc Festival at Monfort returns from September 25th to 27th, opening the doors of our winery in Lavis to three events that tell the story of our mountain sparkling wines from three different angles: the conviviality of a long open-air breakfast, the warmth of an evening built around fire and bubbles, and a technical tasting journey through the evolution of our Trentodoc.
Trentodoc and Chardonnay through Time
Saturday, September 26th, 11.00 am
Three vintages, three distinct characters of a single-variety Trentodoc: a vertical tasting of Le Général Blanc Riserva, three selected vintages telling the story of how the territory — and our take on the classic method — has evolved over time. To close, an exclusive preview of the new 2018 vintage, a first look at the character of the wine still to come.
The experience includes: a guided tour, a tasting of the three vintages plus the 2018 preview, and breadsticks.
BBQ & Bubbles
Saturday, September 26th, from 7.00 pm
Aperitivo and dinner on the winery lawn, amid the smell of the grill and wine still fermenting in the cellar. One of the most convivial evenings of the Trentodoc Festival at Monfort, set against autumn colors, with mountain sparkling wine and grilled meat by Trentino BBQ.

Breakfast at Monfort
Sunday, September 27th, 10.30 am – 2.00 pm
Lawn, music, food and bubbles. The winery lawn turns into a long open-air breakfast: a brunch of sweet and savory dishes from Incanto Bakery, charcuterie boards from Troier Carni e Salumi, a DJ set, and Monfort’s Trentodoc running through it all. No dress code, no rush.
Free entry, food and drink at cost. Booking is recommended by September 22nd to secure the full breakfast; those arriving without a booking are still welcome on the lawn and can purchase a Troier charcuterie board on site.
